Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

Little Bird Trading collects your email address when you sign up for the Observer Trade Plans or purchase a subscription or guide. If you sign in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, Little Bird Trading receives your name, your email address and, where the account has one, your profile picture. The site also collects standard web analytics (page views, referrers, browser type) and payment data processed by Stripe (your card number is never seen or stored).

2. How Information Is Used

  • To deliver the Trade Plans to your inbox
  • To fulfill purchases and send digital guide downloads
  • To send login links (magic-link authentication) or sign you in with Google, Microsoft or Apple
  • To communicate account and billing updates

Little Bird Trading does not sell your email address or personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe, processes payments. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Resend, delivers transactional and newsletter email.
  • Cloudflare, hosts the site and processes request logs.
  • Microsoft Clarity, provides analytics, heatmaps, and session replay that show how visitors use the site. Subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

4. Apps

Little Bird Trading LLC also publishes software. Each app has its own privacy policy, and that policy describes what the app collects:

The Little Bird Trading app

  • Your favorites, layout and alert choices stay on your device. With Pro sync turned on, a copy is kept so your other devices match.
  • If you sign in, the app receives the same sign-in details as this website.
  • For alerts, your device’s notification token is kept so the alert can be sent.
  • If you send a message from Contact me, Little Bird Trading receives your email, your name if you add one, your message, and the app version and device type.
  • Optional bug reports include the text and screenshots you choose, plus your app version, device model and system version.
  • We collect analytics to improve the app.
  • To give the one-time first-install offer and the 3-day Pro trial once per device, the app sends a scrambled (hashed) device code: on iPhone a hash of Apple’s App Transaction ID, on Android a hash of a random install code. The code holds no name or email. If you start the trial while signed in, the account is linked to that trial to send one email on day 3. The email has a link that turns it off.
  • Short download links count only the link name and the day. No IP address, browser or referrer is kept.
  • Delete your account from Settings, Delete account. That removes your sign-in and your sync copy. Turning alerts off in the app stops them on that device.

App stores handle the payment for purchases inside an app. Little Bird Trading keeps purchase identifiers and subscription or guide status to verify access, restore purchases and handle refunds.

Little Bird Trading never receives your card details.

Each app’s own policy says what else, if anything, that app stores, and how to delete it.

5. Cookies

This site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, show the right content for your plan and remember your language and currency. Microsoft Clarity cookies measure how visitors use the site, and one cookie records how you first found the site. No advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Your email and subscription status are kept for as long as you have an account. You may request deletion at any time by email. Pro feed links are stored only as a one-way hash and cannot be shown again. Make new links from Account.

7. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To opt out of data sharing or request deletion of your data, visit the Data Opt-Out page.
